Helping Hands knows your concern for safety, and performs a complete background check on each caregiver who applies at our agency. This includes a criminal record check through the NCIC Crime Database, maintained by the FBI. We only use caregivers we are sure will provide the type of trusted care that reflects our good reputation. We look for applicants who are not only knowledgeable, but show true compassion and understanding. Helping Hands wants you to have quality care and allow you to be comfortable in your home. At least half of the people on our large database have been with Helping Hands for ten years or more - allowing us to know who has the best temperament for which client.

Please call and we will try our best to meet your needs. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 3pm, but we are on call 365 days of the year, 24 hours a day. We cover the Greater Pittsburgh Area, with few exceptions.
We enjoy a good working relationship with several social workers and social agencies. When Helping Hands is recommended to you, please remember that there is only ONE Helping Hands Services, LLC that has this special bond and has withstood the test of time. Please don’t settle for imitations!
